Please call an HP service technician
while you are in front of your computer
and printer. For faster service, be
prepared to describe the problem, as
well as provide:
• The printer's model number (the label
is on the front of the printer)
• The printer's serial number (the label
is on the bottom of the printer)
• The computer’s operating system
• The version of the printer driver (also
referred to as the printer software)
after the free phone support period
After the free phone support period, you
can still get help from HP for a fee.

The charge is US$2.50 per minute.
Charges will not exceed US$25.

longer than 10 minutes or calls from

fee is US$25 per call, charged to your
